「Its an old thatched pub and the room shape and conditions reflect that - sloping floors and wonky walls but the bedding , towels etc were clean and fresh. Rooms are above the bar so not quiet until the pub closes. Pub downstairs is friendly and has a good atmosphere with plenty of choice behind the bar. They serve food but I didn't try any so can't comment on that. Reasonably large attached car park although theres no covered area or anything to chain a motorcycle to.」

「TotALY perfect . Lots of communication .Easy check in . Gorgeous room . Delicious Pie ( it was Friday ) and veg . Breakfast was perfectly cooked. We took a walk and lost our way which was also perfect . Cant wait to go back 」

「The hotel itself was fine and the breakfast very good, however the highest priority for me was getting a good night's sleep. The mattress on the bed was awful. The metal springs could be felt through the thin mattress cover to such an extent I found it painful to lie on. I tried adding the spare pillows (single traveller) underneath me but I still barely slept an hour all night. There were also no lights outside or around the building. Getting from the car park to the hotel in the dark was...

「Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone...
