A Great option for Exeter.

It was easy in every way. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It felt like a family. There was plenty of room in the lounge and dining area. Room was a good size. Better than Premier Inn. Free Wifi. Free breakfast. Note to Management: It might be a good idea to put a clearer sign by the toaster - DO NOT PUT CROISSANTS IN THE TOASTER.

I had booked two rooms but when I checked in, the receptionist said there were four rooms booked under my name. My order confirmation from Expedia was for 2 rooms and payment for two rooms was taken so not sure what happened there, glitch maybe? Rooms were great and the bed was super comfy, had a great nights sleep. Great selection for breakfast, I had cooked breakfast which wasn’t great I’m afraid, would go for continental option next time.

Lovely Hotel

From start to finish the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly! The hotel/room was clean, modern and festive. It was fantastic value for money and the real fast included in the rate was faultless. We met family for a night before flying home to Jersey - it was warm, cosy and perfect for a family get together just before Christmas. Would definitely book again!

As a woman on my own I found the security good with having to use card for corridor and room door. Everything was very clean and very comfortable bed. The room was really good. The staff were really nice and helpful and the price was very reasonable.

It’s a 5*

We were super impressed with our stay perfect size room for our family of 3. Staff extremely friendly and kind especially when knowing I was feeling unwell. Expected it to be noisy being so close to the airport we didn’t hear anything at all. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delightful so much choice. The whole hotel was cleaned to a very high standard. Most definitely will stay again. Couldn’t be any happier with this hotel and have already and will continue to recommend to others.

This hotel is excellent and extremely well run. The staff are all very friendly and competent. Great location. The room was very well presented. Clean, nice comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom with all free toiletries. The free buffet breakfast is amazing. Good free wi fi too and free parking. Faultless stay.

The room was a good size but the bed was disappointing, it was very uncomfortable the bedding was old especially the pillows which were very old feather ones ? They were stained and lumpy. We phoned reception at 11pm and they did bring us 2 synthetic pillows which were much better .We both had a terrible nights sleep. The sofa in the room was also old and uncomfortable, I honestly would not return to this hotel.

My partner and I stayed there to break the drive from London to Penzance. We used to do the drive in one but I am disabled and a six hour drive is too much in one day. Attractive, clean modern hotel, breakfast bar is excellent, bar snacks are limited and evening meal offer is only adequate. Very few vegetarian/vegan options. Food was tasty and well presented. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Room was clean, spacious, well furnished and very quiet, despite being next to the airport. Bed was very comfortable.. Wet room was also spacious, with plenty of towels. We would happily stay there again.

This hotel is very hard to get to!!!! Please invest in some signs. It’s all over your reviews! Why are you asking if you don’t care? Manager do your job. One very small sign in industrial area to turn in but nothing after that. Only way I knew was reading review. Good note, staff was so friendly and helpful. Close to airport but PLEASE, help out of area travelers.
