The hotel was ok but at the time of our stay there was neither a restaurant or bar at the hotel. We had to go to a nearby hotel for food and a drink. Our room was adequate and clean .

Able to easily check in slightly early and the staff were really helpful, both at reception and the cleaning staff were really nice as well. The room was lovely and clean, and had Aircon which was brilliant! Beds were comfy and spacious and the bathroom was big and clean too!

Incredible value for a 1 night stop on the way back to London from Cornwall. Even better that on the hottest days in May since 1944, it had air-conditioning... a real blessing!

very clean hotel. easily accessible from and to exeter. No 7 stops outside. I was welcome by the manager Erica and she was a delight , very bubbly lady and she took me to the room and showed ne how to operate the aircon unit ( which was a blessing as I visited last night when it was proper hot). I stayed at a single room, but it was very spacious , and the bathroom was of decent size. can’t fault this little hotel

We were sent a message the day of our arrival to request that we pay with cash as the card machine was apparently not working. The lady who greeted us was lovely but told us there was no food or drinks available for the duration of our 2 night stay. The hotel itself was very run down - the carpet was stapled down in the hallway and the Lino was lifting in the bathroom with the underneath gathering dirt. The mattresses and shower were good and the beds were clean but the hotel badly needed some work. Would not stay again unfortunately.
