Good breakfast and staff helpful and friendly. Was on a busy road which I didn't anticipate after seeing the online photos but none the less very convenient to walk to town and transport

We stayed in the studio room, which was lovely and felt very luxurious.
It would have been good if the air conditioning had been explained as I'm not familiar with it and struggled the first night. The mattress topper rode up on one side causing some discomfort.
Overrall though an enjoyable stay, friendly staff and close to everything. Thank you

Did not like room as to small for a double and very noisy as room facing road , also very hot , bathroom had no ventilation .breakfast was half cooked as they were very busy so overall would not stay again in this hotel

St. Andrews Hotel is located in a very busy road even during the night! Cars were driving by all night, consequently did not have any sleep, even worse if the bedroom is facing the road like room 16.
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience but the staff were very friendly and polite. And the hotel itself was ok.

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful - carried case up to room and back down at the end of my stay. Breakfast staff very smily and service was speedy at breakfast time.

It was a very clean well presented hotel and the staff were very friendly. Ideal for accessing the city centre and had good parking facilities. I'm only giving this an okay as the room was ridiculously hot even with the radiator turned off so I had to have the window open which was right next to the main exhaust vent of the kitchen which started up at 5:30am every day. So I did not have a restful sleep.

Good location for city and transport connections. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple but very efficient. Breakfast staff particularly efficient and friendly. Free parking was a bonus.

Room was absolutely tiny and didn’t really feel like a hotel - replacing blinds with curtains may have done the trick. However, the room was more or less clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast looked nice, although we only had a pastry, which was served warm, so that was nice.

Room was clean and purposeful. Linen and towels very tired they need attention although they were clean they did not meet expectations.
Breakfast was adequate

This hotel is alright for a one night stay.
Close enough to walk to the city and has parking included.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Room was well maintained and comfortable. Choice of TV channels was poor. Bathroom had brackets for toilet roll holder and soap dish but items were missing.
Breakfast was included but it didn't start until 8am and we were told nothing would be available until about 815am. We had to leave at 8am so had to miss breakfast as there is no early provision.
For one night it served its purpose.
