The staff at this hotel are amazing!!! We were treated like family. Our dog Henry got treats, pats and lots of love from all the staff that he met. They made our six night stay very pleasant and memorable. We will definitely stay there the next time we’re in Virginia.

My husband LOVES the free breakfast. I do not. Although it's a huge spread, the few pieces of fresh fruit were not ripe and there were no non dairy options for milk. The bed, room, and bathroom were comfy and clean and the staff was super friendly.

Again, our bathroom was filthy had to clean tub ourselves. We could not receive additional wash cloths as there was none. The washcloths we received were filthy dirty and actually had handprints on them. The staff was incredible. They provided great customer service and upon hearing about the state of our room, my stay was already comped. For this reason, I would definitely give them another chance.

The breakfast is always great at the Hampton Inn and the staff is super friendly at this location. The room was very neat and we’ve stayed several times at this location, but there’s always an issue like the tub drain doesn’t work or an outlet is broken or the air conditioner is way too loud or a light bulb doesn’t work, etc. The lobby looks really nice and the breakfast area is decorated nicely as well. I like how the Hampton Inn includes shampoo, soap, and conditioner, in a dispenser in the shower, and body lotion in a dispenser in the bathroom. The bed was pretty comfortable and the pillows were OK… some seemed to need replacement because they were worn out. The rooms could use a color update. But the beds were made very neatly and overall the room was clean. The bathroom floor was a little sticky. Overall, I would say this hotel is good. It just needs a little more to be great.

The room was clean and the parking was fine. The room had one little desk and a swivel desk chair. There was no place to put things down except the floor. There was no place to sit except the bed. The bathroom fixtures are so old the finishes are worn off. The tub doesn't drain unless you manually pull up the stopper - water up to your ankles. The shower head is 20 years old. Only one little garbage pail in the bathroom. Unless I hear of a reno I will not stay there again. So disappointing for a place that we really enjoyed years ago. Hilton is supposed to be better than this.

Breakfast menu was okay. Stayed there before and it had more options to choose from. Parking lot is a little dark, especially parking on the backside of the hotel. I little more lighting would be nice in the rear entrance of the building.
