Fina's property has everything you need and more to create a memorable and fun filled get away. It is truly heaven on earth!! We encountered Hurricaine Melissa and got stranded in Exuma but not too worry because Fina was ever so accommodating as usual and we had no worries!! Thank you AGAIN Fina for everything and we look forward to seeing you in January!!"

"Everything was wonderful during our stay in Exuma. Communication was smooth, making the process so easy. If we had any questions or concerns, we had an almost immediate response from Jack. The kayaks provided were wonderful, our group of 9 used them almost daily. The house is completely stocked with all things, including beach items such as chairs, coolers, and goggles. I would highly recommend you give this place a look. Our party of 9 was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need! I intend to be back very soon. Thanks Jack!!!"

"We had an amazing time staying at Aqua Vista! The home is super comfortable and the hosts are very attentive. We enjoyed the home so much that we had a bit of a hard time leaving to explore the island. That said, we did make it to the northern and southern most points of Exuma. This is a fantastic place to experience! If you are considering a trip here, you won’t regret this stay! We most definitely plan on coming back and staying at AquaVista!"

"Roseann and Michael are exactly what you want in a host. Responsive. Knowledgeable. Friendly. The property is well maintained, plenty of supplies. We were stuck in a storm one day and they found us the one spot on the island that was open and serving food and drinks. We will definitely rent from them again. "

"This was our 7th or 8th trip to Exuma (from Fort Lauderdale) and once again we had a wonderful experience. February Point is a great neighborhood, so close to Georgetown shopping and basics. The rental is huge and has so many amenities. My husband loved the gym and I loved the family of sea turtles under our dock. Having the boat as part of the rental was THE BEST PART however. Exuma is all about having access to the water we have found. This truly made this our best vacation there yet!"

"We had a wonderful time at this property. We had 5 adults and 2 children and space for everyone to have privacy. The pictures and information were very accurate. The owner provided detailed information for local restaurants and points of interest. The beach was private and beautiful. We loved the kayaks and the pool. As stated it is a remote place- about 45 minutes from Georgetown, but again it made for privacy. Due to our travel dates many local restaurants on little Exuma end were closed for the season. We had two meals catered. I highly recommend Chef Vandera- amazing food!!If I had a draw back it would be the distance from town but it was mainly due to our travel dates and the closing of nearby restaurants. This is not a negative to the property- I can not recommend this house enough. Tropic of Cancer beach was walking distance. When we go back to Exuma we will definitely be returning to this property! "
