"Basically this listing on hotels.com has a lot of information that is not listed on their listed but is only provided to you after you've booked. On the listing, prior to my booking, the check in time is from 0900hrs but after booking, the property sent me an email stating check in is at 1600hrs. That's a discrepancy of 7 hours! Contacted the property via hotels.com chat and they just conveniently said please refer to their website. Why didn't they just put the right information at the listing...

"We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was clean, well equipped, and perfectly located for day trips on Langeland. The outdoor area was great for watching the sunset, and even though it is right next to the beach access and a hiking trail, it was very private. The host was very responsive. Highly recommended."

"Lage und Umgebung sehr schön, insbesondere die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand (in gut 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar). Das Haus war sehr enttäuschend: Es gibt keinen Meerblick, obwohl dieser in der Überschrift der Hausanzeige genannt wird. Bei Ankunft nicht richtig gereinigt. Defekte Klimaanlage. Kaputte Spielgeräte. Mähroboter defekt, Gras viel zu hoch für Spiele. Ameisenbefall. Zigarettenkippen auf der Terrasse usw."

"Das Haus ist super zentral gelegen, in einem schönen ruhigen Dorf mit Bäcker und Supermarkt. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Meer, in der schönen Kleinstadt Rudkøbing und an der Brücke Richtung Fyn. Der Zustand des Hauses überzeugte uns leider nicht. Es gab gravierende Mängel in der Sauberkeit (sehr sehr viele Spinnen und Staub). Nur der Boden im Haus sah einigermaßen sauber aus. Vor dem Bezug mussten die Zimmer erst von uns geputzt werden. In der Küche waren Pfannen und Töpfe...

"Wir hatten wunderschöne, erholsame Tage umgeben von Ruhe und Natur. Unbedingt beachten: Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen!!! Das wussten wir nicht. Ganz kleines, aber feines Badezimmer mit Fenster. Ansonsten alles prima :)"

"The communication with property manager is non-existent. My partner got very sick with COVID the night before our stay but we could not get in touch with property manager. We arrived to a very precarious, old farm road that was flooded. There were no instructions about the route. Inside, the house was about 8C / 40s F. The radiator heaters did not work!! There was a very musty odor. Also a constant beeping coming from somewhere. There were no towels or linens provided, despite not advertising...
