「We, my wife and I, staid 3 nights mid August . We were surprised that nobody came during our stay to clean our room and/or make the bed. But 2 more things were more shocking to us. 1- There was indeed a kettle in our kitchen, however nowhere to plug it. There was no wall socket to plug the the 3-pin plug. Also, no cups to be found in our kitchen. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for cups ! 2- The breakfast costs 18 euros. This price would be acceptable with more choice of food and free...

「Very nice place to stay! It’s an older hotel, but has modern amenities, is clean and very roomy has and lots of character. Can’t say enough about the staff, they were extremely friendly & helpful with everything. Room was quite big. (Bathroom might seem small for American travelers.) The corridors and common sitting areas of the hotel are quite big and nice to use, as are the pool and garden area. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Parking is available, free, and convenient. You can walk to shops,...

「Il Palagetto Agrihotel is a beautiful and peaceful countryside property with wide panoramic views and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and well maintained, and the location made it easy to explore nearby Tuscan towns while enjoying the quiet of the hills. What truly stood out was the exceptional support from Giulia. We had unexpected car troubles, and she went above and beyond — allowing us to keep the car safely at the hotel for three days until it was towed, coordinating...

「This was the most beautiful, peaceful place. Such a dream to stay here. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was perfect. Lots of options from fresh fruit to yogurt to croissants to eggs and delicious cheese and meats. View was gorgeous. We also had their dinner there one night and it was excellent food and such a lovely atmosphere. It was hard to leave and I would return in a heartbeat.」

「We cannot say enough good things about this hotel because everything exceeded our expectations. They truly embody the art of hospitality. The owners referred to us by name which made it feel very personal and intimate. The decor in the rooms is artistic. The breakfast offerings were varied ranging from delicious coffee, quiches, a range of pastries to yogurt and all the toppings. They even helped with luggage upon arrival and departure. This is a true gem!,」
