「I reserved this rental for elderly family members who were visiting for a large family celebration. I kept the host informed about who would be staying and confirmed that there were four guests (two couples). Unfortunately, both couples experienced difficulties upon arrival. The first couple did not receive the correct entry code, and when they called for assistance, the contact they were directed to became heated, which made the situation tense. The second couple arrived later in the evening and...

「Great house right on the lake, the only thing that I did not like was all of the spiders in the house! Saw Atleast 20.. probably more. I definitely did not sleep good that night. It might be common for lake houses to have a lot of creepy crawlers being so close to water, not sure but that would be my only complaint. Host was great with communication and the check in/check out process was clear and easy.」

「Very nice home. While on a trip to Syracuse my mother fell critically ill. My family needed a bigger home to accommodate everyone. I was able to book this home in a matter of minutes. 「We went to Syracuse for the Syracuse nationals car show. Approximately five days before we left, I asked the host if there was an outside grill. I was told that there would be one there.. We were one hour outside of Syracuse when I texted the host to ask about keys and a lockbox. I got a text back that stated we were supposed to have been there five days previous. Needless to say, that statement gave me a few more gray hairs. After a few more text messages, the host finally got it right. I would...
