Pickering

“Firstly the pictures used for the advert are very much out of date. I have been in touch with the owner to let him know our concerns. The house is in a great area for the centre of Pickering and a few shops within a few minutes walk so ideal. Firstly we struggled to get into the property as the lock was a bit temperamental. Kitchen is well equipped and has everything youd need. Both bedrooms are also fine with comfy beds. One fan was provided which was needed with the hot weather. Downstairs is……

“The pod we stayed in was beautifully clean and well maintained. It had lovely little touches like a small milk in the fridge waiting for when you arrived, each bed space had its own towels (including bath towels) so that was a nice touch also. The only thing I would recommend is that the view from the front of the pod isn’t the same on the photos due to new lodges being built so when we got there it was a little disappointing not to have that view and just a little suggestion now new lodges are……

Reasonable price which includes either a continental or full English breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. Warm throughout, including the bedroom. Comfortable beds and duvets. Only check in is a bit stressful because they send you the details a few hours before you arrive but it was no problem in the end. I would stay here again.”
