“The apartment is convenient to restaurants on 5th St in the Oregon District. It is walking distance to the main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and other downtown spots, including more restaurants. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, enjoying the architects and gardens. The owner has done a great job improving an apartment in an older building. “Our host, Laura York, is everything a good host should be; attentive, accommodating and welcoming in every way. The amenities are comfortable and adequate for any length of stay. We chose to extend our stay, rather than to simply find a different place, after a minor setback in our schedule. It’s very easy to feel at home here, as it’s very pleasant, peaceful and convenient to many necessities. I’d recommend staying here to anyone. ”
