“Rustic Treehouse catered for our large group and being pet friendly was a bonus. It was a good base to explore the Great Ocean Road and Otways. Only small negative (impacted the kids more than us) was the lack of internet speed and smart tvs, but it was a blessing in disguise as we were able to switch off and explore. ”

“We had a great time! A wonderful, cosy house still big enough to accommodate several families if needed. The host was very helpful and the house was very thoughtfully appointed - we had everything we could have needed. The location was great too - only 1km out from town but felt peaceful and secluded. The kids loved the playground nearby! ”

“Tim was accommodating with granting early check in. The location and size of the house was great but unfortunately there were a few issues around cleanliness ie. Sticky floors and benchtops, visible grease on rangehood filter, sand in ensuite sink, stained carpets, dirty architraves etc. Could also use a complete set of cutlery, crockery and drinking glasses (not enough forks and dinner plates for 7) and a bit more attention to furnishings with some living areas sparse and empty. “Was a short stay. Everything was accessible the family had a great time with kids all able to sleep together.If l could say one thing it would be to have a few extra mixing bowls and frying pans when there is a larger group. Would deff stay again. Great spot, very good communication. ”

“Although it was a comfortable quite a new house, we were very disappointed that the description on Expedia was misleading. It was advertised as a four-bedroom house, but it is only a three bedrooms. The fourth was actually a cabin in backyard required an additional fee. Additionally, one of air conditioners in the in bedroom faulty. We were told when inquired that technician would be sent for an inspection but no one ever showed up.”

“As the title says a beautiful home , close to shops and beach which was great hardly used the car and was fairly spacious in a quiet street ”
