“Great location with a lovely view. The service was good.The unit needs a serious deep clean and variety of maintenance. Could use a refresh. The table had one of the legs broken off and was in the way of the murphy bed (which we ended up sleeping on because of the condition of the BR). The main bedroom smelled of burnt dust if you turned the temp up. There was hairs and old stains on the duvet and pillow covers (they just need tossed). What looked to be a bloody booger smeared on the wall above……

“Great location. Easy ski in ski out to Breck peak 9. Room was very clean and great amount of space for 2 people. Very nice that a humidifier was in the room as it is needed for the dry CO mountain air. Check in / check out was super easy. Only downsides (and these were minor) were indoor hot tub was being renovated (outdoor hot tube was fine just small) and skis are too big to get locked in ski check room. Looks look like locks were made for pre 1990 skis which were stick straight. In any……
