「This space is designed to immerse you in the beauty of the coastal waters. The two upstairs bedrooms are the only traditional "enclosed" rooms featuring a view of the sea, AC and their own toilet/sink. There is a shared semi-enclosed bath tub, toilet and shower in addition on the ground floor. Otherwise, the kitchen area is essentially outside and open. 「As we pulled into the parking lot for the house, the front looked more modest than we expected. Be patient, because everything else was wonderful and met or exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was spacious, well stocked and in great condition. The bedrooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. The common areas are well taken care of and have great seating for large groups. 「Property is in a sketchy area. This is not a home. It is a 2 level deck with two bedrooms on the upper level. The kitchen and living room are outside. The only place to escape the heat is in the small bedrooms that only have a bed and two nightstands attached to the wall of which one was falling off. 「We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy.
