    Welcome to this T2 ideally located in a quiet area while being in the immediate vicinity of the city centre, shops, restaurants and the main tourist places (5 minutes walk).

    Recently renovated, combining charm and modern comfort, The accommodation, which has its own entrance, is on the ground floor of a mansion surrounded by a pleasant garden of 1500 m², part of which is dedicated to you with private garden furniture. You will be able to enjoy the sun on sunny days.

    The apartment has beautiful volumes, it is very bright and has a breathtaking view of the Castle of William the Conqueror.

    You will benefit from a secure private parking space in the courtyard of the house with high and solid gate with digicode, which is rare in the city centre. If you have an electric vehicle, you can charge it on site thanks to the 22 kW terminal (paid option). If you are on a bike, it will be possible to put it under shelter.
