Weather you are in for a tour around Falkirk Kelpies or for a more accessible home near central Scotland or looking for short term home away from home for work reasons , we believe our house will be the ideal fit for all your needs.

The house is split in two floors living room and kitchen at the lower level and bedrooms + bathrooms is on the first floor (you need to climb 13 steps of 1 flight)

The host welcomes mindful pet owners .
The house is in a calm and peaceful society. It has 3 bedroom, 1 kitchen dinner and a living room.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a double size bed and medium firm mattress for comfortable sleep. The room has a purposeful drawer to keep your things and two bedside drawers. The room outlooks to the back of the house . The room also has a comfy chair to relax or read a book.
The room has access to an ensuite which is fitted with a shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has 2 single bed with medium firm mattress for comfortable sleep. The room also has a purposeful drawer. The room outlooks to the main road at the front.

Third bedroom
The third bedroom has 1 single bed with medium firm mattress. The room has a purposeful chair, side table and under bed storage. The room outlooks the main road at the front.

Neighbourhood: The house is in a quite neighbourhood of Falkirk close to kelpies . The closest convenience store is David's Kitchen which is 5 minutes away.
The town centre is 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes by drive. There are 5 supermarket store (ASDA, Tesco, Morrisons, LIDL and M&S) in the town centre.
The town centre has a good selection of cafe (Costa, Nero, Starbucks, Acoustic, Finnegans), pubs, takeaways and restaurants around the house.

Not as expected

Owners were responsive and helpful. However the place was lacking in amenities. They list they have a dryer, they do not. There was only 3 towels in the entire house. The kitchen was lacking cookware. The rules say no smoking but the house smelled of smoke. Falkirk itself does not have much by way of restaurants and things to do.
