“We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. ”

“This house is beautiful, just like the photos. Very clean and organized. All you need are your clothes and personal items as they've thought of everything. Communication with the hosts was great. Read their suggestions of what is available and what is suggested to bring. The furniture is very comfortable as are the beds and pillows. Nice towels, hair dryers are plentiful and a very well thought out and stocked kitchen with every appliance you'd ever need. We weren't there long enough to enjoy……

“This home is truly that, a welcoming escape nestled in the woods. It’s elevated beach-style furnishings feel hand-picked. We traveled with a 14 month old — the house had high-quality baby must haves, pack and play and high chair. We had the pleasure of a responsive host and caretaker. Close to trails, YMCA and the island’s top attractions … !highly recommend!”

“Everything about this property and the host were wonderful. It worked really well for our family including the lower level master bedroom for the small grandchildren that could shut the door and keep the house quiet in the mornings. The kitchen, deck, and common areas with coastal views great for eating and hanging out. The other bedrooms, comfortable and quiet. I would definitely rent this house again. ”
