"All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location and amenities surpassed our expectations for our stay and when our need to stay in the area got extended by 2 days the front desk staff went above and beyond to make for an easy transition of rooms for us. The pool area was an added bonus and provided more opportunities for fun beyond just a dip in the pool. It was a very comfortable stay and if we are ever in the area again I will definitely stay here and encourage others to as well."
"We have stayed several times and always enjoy our time here. Very quiet and friendly neighbors with great views. Place is always clean and ready for us, Sue and Norm are great people and always treat us like family!"
"The home is a bi-level with all three bedrooms on the lower level sharing one bathroom. Upstairs is spacious with a large living room, kitchen, and a second full bathroom. The attached garage has been converted into a separate studio with its own bathroom and kitchenette, which was a nice bonus. The house also has two sets of washers and dryers, two full-size refrigerators, and a beverage fridge in the coffee area, making it well-equipped for larger groups. The dock isn't very large but easily accommodated our large pontoon boat. It doesn't have swim stairs, so getting in and out of the water could be a little challenging if you plan to swim from the dock. The property is on the river, which connects to Lake Wissota. It's about a 15–20 minute boat ride from the house to the top part of the lake, and there's a great sandbar on the small island on the south side. The only downside for us was the lack of outdoor amenities if you're not planning to spend most of your time on the water. A few additions like cornhole, kayaks, canoes, a basketball hoop, or other yard games would make the property even better. Since we had a boat, it wasn't an issue for our group. Also, if you plan to have a campfire, be sure to bring your own firewood."
"We have stayed in this home before. It was just as wonderful this year It is a great place for both swimming and fishing! Had several fish dinners! We are a family of 5 with a 1 year old granddaughter and 3 dogs. This home and yard allowed us room to relax both inside and out! We will return!!"
"Only down side was i wish the water was a little cleaner for swimming. Otherwise this place was absolutely amazing! Fishing was good, the owners are amazing. Friendly and provide information throughout your stay."
