“Overall good. A second bathroom would have been better for us. We were four adult males. But comfortable and warm.”

“Good location, easy access. Passing traffic at night could be an issue for some, but after all the property is situated next to a pretty major highway. On the plus side it was clean, tidy and comfortable. Good for a short stay and for exploring what Broken Hill has to offer.”

“A two week touring holiday taking in some of Australia’s outback heritage towns and cities of which Broken Hill was one. Our property was well furnished and comfortable, cooling was on at arrival. Andrea the host phoned to confirm we were at property and that everything was as per booking ( it was). Easy to park and car was under cover. The property was dog friendly too, but the courtyard wasn’t so couldn’t leave dog unattended but this was a minor in an otherwise lovely stay.”

“Loved the original Broken hill house”

“The unit suited us very well. It is in quiet area of Broken Hill, but it a long walk to the CBD so the small car we hired was necessary to visit the many places of interest in the city. The small garage kept the car secure when we took a local tour. The city has many excellent dining establishments, some with musical entertainment. We visited most of the museums and were impressed with information given by the knowledgeable assistants.”

“Great outdoor area for breakfast in the sunshine, There was ample heating inside during the very cold nights we were there. Rooms were large and had ample hanging space. Dani (host) was very proactive and helpful when she realised there was a mistake on the stayz website regarding the availability of the original house we had tried to book through stayz.”

“I absolutely loved my time at ‘The Apartment on Mica’ Peter and Debbie were exceptional hosts, who went above and beyond in every way possible to ensure we had a fantastic trip. Within moments of meeting Peter we felt as though we were a part of the family, and am looking forward to staying again, on my next trip to Broken Hill. 10/10 recommended staying here, you won’t be disappointed, a little slice of luxury so close to town. ”

“Nice quiet house. Bed good. 2 other bedrooms that looked good. Everything you needed in kitchen and quite a few goodies - we weren't sure if they were gratis or not? We struck an inordinately cold day and didn't manage to get gas heater going. Didn't matter much as we were out most of time and bed was warm”

“An older styled property, it has everything you need including microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Very comfortable bed. Not much room in the bathroom for your stuff and no facecloths or hand towels and lacks comfortable chair. Linen is old but clean. ”
