Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. The pictures (probably taken after remodel) reflect the space provided, though the space has aged some since then and could use a freshening up and better inside lighting. The beds are comfortable and closets spacious. If you are looking for a quiet, wooded get away and to still be close to anything you need, this is the place! The owner, Kathy, is gracious and very attentive to communication. Outstanding value !」

「The residence was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of space for a couple. The Keurig was very convenient and well stocked with K cups, creamer, and sugar. Train noise was definitely a thing the first night, but we kinda got used to it after that. Although the main bed upstairs was nice, we actually decided to sleep in the murphy bed downstairs most nights. It just felt a bit more cozy down there. We had a wonderful time here and would absolutely recommend to others!」

「Enjoyed our weekend stay here. Beautifully decorated on the inside. Nice amenities with coffee, cocoa, snacks. House is as described and all communication with the owners were great. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the outdoor lightning as well as the neon sign inside. We were here for basketball tournament and this place was about 15 ninutes from the convention center and close to stores, grocery, and many restaurants. Definitely would book here again.」

We had a little issue on check as our door code was changed prior to arrival but the app Dack came to the rescue allowing us to unlock the door whenever we needed. 「We loved our stay at the Little Joe cabin on the Pon’erosa in Knoxville. We were there for our son’s graduation from UTK. Kevin and Brandi are great hosts and very responsive. They seem to think of everything. We felt more like guests in their home than as renters of a cabin. The cabin was cozy and very comfortable. The grounds peaceful. Highly recommend it for a getaway.」

「The property is lovely, clean and well stocked! Everything was easy about our stay, except for the stairs for these old bones. The apartment is walkable to all downtown shops and restaurants. We had a small dog with us and there were plenty of dog friendly areas. One downside is the number of homeless - sad, and some were sketchy. But this is not uncommon in city areas. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it!」
