"Spa was nice a little busy but not overwhelming. Bar staff could show a lot more courtesy and some general hospitality. We were left just standing at the bar for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged until one of the waitress came off the floor to take our order, felt slightly uncomfortable like we weren’t welcome.
