「Great place in a great location. A little lacking on closet space as cabinets are filled with linens, but host is super accommodating so I’m sure she would work with people. We had a short stay so it wasn’t that important. WiFi worked great, tv worked great and included US Netflix. Kitchen was well stocked and it was easy to take a 17 minute walk to old town Annecy from the apartment. Again, we were really happy there! Highly recommend it!」

「Beautiful house and if anything the pictures don't do the stunning view justice. The house is a short walk from the town which has plenty of nice places to eat and a useful small supermarket. The lake is easily accessible and absolutely fantastic to swim in and there are many beautiful locations which you give a spectacular view of it.There are many nice, easy walks in the area too.Communication with property manager was very easy, the lady who was in charge was responsive and spoke confident...

「The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. We were only 3 but the villa could accommodate up to 6 persons without any problem. The villa is fully equipped and has a very good internet connection with WiFi in all rooms. 「withput doubt the property has a 5 star view and location but it does not have a 5 star service. Some elements are strucutral - for example one lavatory for 8 people on the first floor and a sheer cliff surrounding the garden where fototballs are lost ( a fence would be good). Notwithstanding we found the service not up to standard. We were without hot water for four days which given there was a 7 month old baby was a trial. When the sink blocked - which we were warned about, again it took 2...

「A really excellent house in a fantastic location. The accommodation was perfect for us and included everything we needed for our comfort. And provided us with an incredible view on all sides. It was great to explore Lake Annecy from Dossard which provided a relaxed base for us to plan our adventures. Our host gave really clear info, was on hand for anything we needed and the property was exactly as advertised 」

「Pool was disgusting, not cleaned for a long time. Broken plug sockets on walls. Garden overgrown and bbq area filthy. Oven was dirty and door didn’t close properly. Air conditioning only in 2 bedrooms not anywhere else. No hairdryers anywhere. Towels and bedding very old and tired. External rubbish bins all full. Parking very difficult as young people staying in attached property used most of the parking. Not clean anywhere including a used baby bottle left on the kitchen unit. Dishwasher...

「Das Haus war echt super. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Haus hatte eine tolle Ausstattung, das habe ich selten gesehen. Es war alles da was man hätte gebrauchen können und noch mehr! Der Gastgeber ist super lieb und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet, so dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt ist ein Lebensmittel Laden mit allem was man möchte. Eine super Lage, von den Nachbarn hat man auch kaum was gesehen also ist man echt unter sich gewesen es war alles...

"Amazing new boutique hotel right in the middle of the shopping district. The hotel is newly renovated in 2023 so rooms and nice and not dated. However it provides basic amenities. No Fridge and no kettle. If you wish to have a room with air conditioner, they're only a few of them on the 5th floor in the new building. so be sure to call them which room type has AC before you book and confirm with them after you made booking . The summers are extremely hot in geneva, im thankful i got a room with AC. There are bars and restaurants right below the hotel , its literally 10 steps into the main street and 20 steps to bus stops. Can't recommend this hotel better. My best option in GVA recently! "

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. "
