“Me and my husband went to Atlanta for a 4-day vacation. BCA provided us a home-like apt to stay. The apt was spacious, clean & neat, provided with all the appliances needed. The neighbourhood was quite. The location was very convenient (right off the freeway, walks to transit). The only shortfall was a low water pressure in the shower room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again with BCA next time visit Atlanta.”

“A large one bedroom apartment right across the road from Peachtree Amtrak Station, in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. It was spacious, clean and relatively modern. Everything is provided including washing machine and dryer. Bed and pillows were ok, nice and quiet for a good sleep. Plenty of restaurants and bars walking distance. Good wifi. “Myself & two other females were in town for a music event. Location was in walking distance to the venue & a whole host of other shops, eateries & venues. If you want somewhere to stay where you have walking access to a variety of fun things then this is it. Area was very well lit & we never felt unsafe out walking on our own. Apartment was super cute & very clean. It was perfect for our overnight stay. We will be back. ”

“No way in and out of the gate without the owner buzzing you in. I was not aware that it was an apartment. The owner slow with responding. No face rags. They received an eviction notice on the door during my stay. There are 2 futons. Television did not work in the room. This was a bad experience.”

“Check in process was a little hectic. We were given the wrong apartment and then couldn't get keys to the correct apartment. We spent about 3 hours trying to get squared away. Also, the pool was not operable during our stay. The location was perfect; the apartment building is nice and full of amenities. Had it not been for the check in process, this would have made for a perfect stay.”

"First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional.
Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that the room was not cleaned.
Last, I don’t think the staffs in this hotel treat all the guests equally. I’m not comfortable with it.
