“We came to Memphis on business, and chose this place because it had the best price. What we first pulled up, the neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but as advertised, it was clean and quiet all week. Amanda was wonderful to work with.”

Kitchen has very few supplies. No washclothes in the bathroo. No kleenex anywhere.3. Front door is missing glass on the bottom and drags terribly.4. “This place is on a golf course, but it's not Augusta. The first night there was not hot water and there were roaches in the bathroom. The second night started off with 2 cop cars and a bunch of people yelling in the parking lot. Followed by the neighbors yelling at each other until 3am (I am pretty sure they are getting divorced). Walking up to the door, you pass a toilet sitting on sidewalk and the stairway smells like poop. On a high note, the bedding was clean. ”

“Overall it was a good stay. Great breakfast and the Mon-Wed salad and beer were ok. It took forever for the hot water to heat up. ”

“This is a cozy quiet location that was perfect for my wife and me. We loved the proximity to the freeway entrance which made it really easy to get around during our visit. The service stairwell and the hall smell like smoke but that is the only not so great thing about this place and it is more of a general building thing instead of the actual property. I would stay here again.”

“We stayed in condo for three months after house fire. Resident manager was wonderful….helpful, friendly, extremely competent. Owner responsive to our needs. Condo is comfortable, clean, well stocked and in good location. Highly recommend.”
