Only problem we experienced was a toilet seat that had come off hinges. My husband just fixed it himself. Perhaps the person cleaning the bathroom before our stay should have noticed and reported to maintenance. We like staying here and have done so numerous times when in Fayetteville. It is our first choice. The place is always clean; the staff is nice.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and when we got in it was a one bed. The bed sheets still looked a little dirty. At 1:30 am another person got checked into our room and walked into our room while we were asleep. In the morning we went downstairs and then couldn't get back into our room because they had deactivated our room key, we went to the front desk and they couldn't pull up my name at all and asked if the room was under that other guy's name. An older lady was at the front helping this younger girl when one of the cleaning ladies walked up and was told VERY RUDELY to go up to our room and let us in to get our stuff. We weren't treated badly by staff, but that older lady was EXTREMELY rude to the other employee and I didn't like that at all.
