「Room was clean and the staff were friendly, courteous and professional in greeting us. My wife did find a bug on her bed and we showed it to the front desk folks and they said this was nothing to worry about as these bugs come out during the summer and it was a hot sunny day that day. We did not stay for breakfast but we did eat dinner at the restaurant on the lobby floor and the meals we had there were great. Good restaurant and I would strongly recommend them as oppose to going out to eat. ...

「Unfortunately this was the worse experience I ever had with the Hilton/ Hampton
Did not clean the room for 2 days
Did not provided towel or amenities for 2 days
No one at front desk for longest period of time to ask for anything
Very limited breakfast
Orange juice from breakfast was spoiled
