“First my daughter and I would like to give our heartfelt thanks to the staff members were involved in the return of her glasses that was left in her room when we checked out after a 3-day stay. Everything about the hotel was excellent and the staff was very courteous, engaging and extremely helpful. A large part of our enjoyment while staying there was engagement with the staff. That will be our hotel of choice in our future visits to Fayetteville. ”

“My family and i stayed there for 3 weeks. The staff was all so friendly and professional. They always had a treat at the front desk for my dog. The room was clean and fresh smelling. The only issue i had was sometimes the door didn't recognize my key card. But overall our stay was great.”

“Bathroom was filthy, dirt in corners, all fixtures rusted, floors throughout not mopped! Our feet were black!! Pillows flat & even when folded over were flat...no way would we eat after seeing the condition. Would NEVER recommend to anyone!!!!!”
