This beautiful, stowed away, 2 floor condo overlooks the newly developing Cultural Arts Corridor and is located 2 blocks from Dickson Street, the Historic Square, and University of Arkansas. Fantastic location if visiting the University of Arkansas, events, or weekend trip. Perfect for couples.

Great layout accompanied by a lofted bedroom, free parking spot in-front of suite, and guest parking on property. Kitchen comes equipped with all appliances and Keurig along with washer/dryer in closet.

Fantastic Location and Phenomenal Communication
I came down to visit family around the area and do some work for my momma. The location is perfectly located within Fayetteville to be close enough to restaurants and other attractions, especially the university, and also very close to an easy out of town to the rural areas (where a lot of my fam lives). The Hayes family is phenomenal at communicating and responding. Definitely will be staying here again when I come back to visit.

This was the perfect place to stay while in town for a wedding. I loved the creek and the walking path. It was so easy to walk to downtown Fayetteville. I appreciated the clean aesthetic - its a beautiful little space. Thank you!

Very close to campus and shopping. Place is pretty small. Just right for a couple. Something’s need attention in only condo bathroom. Standing water in tub shower while in use and the only outlet for hairdryer is not working. Had to use power strip behind bed to dry hair. We made it work. Enjoyed our time.

Hey guys, first of all we forgot to log out of our Netflix and Disney accounts, so we would greatly appreciate you doing that for us. Location was perfect, but the tub would not drain and the plug in the bathroom was not working. Once we contacted the management and you guys regarding the Netflix,it worked great downstairs but not upstairs. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you!
