Villa Fasana Penthouse 5 has three comfortable bedrooms: two with a double bed (160×200 cm) and one with two separate beds (90×200 cm). The bathroom has a spacious shower and there is a separate toilet for extra convenience. Thanks to air conditioning in all rooms, it is always pleasant inside.



In addition, you have a washing machine, a safe, two private parking spaces and all the facilities you need for a carefree holiday. The beach is just 50 metres away and the centre of Fažana is 150 metres away - ideal if you like everything to be close by.



Important: all facilities — including the roof terrace and the hot tub — are exclusively for your use. You share nothing with other apartments, ensuring complete privacy during your stay.



Smoking and pets are not allowed. Upon arrival, you will pay administrative costs, tourist tax, and a deposit. The deposit will be refunded upon departure. Bed linen and towels are included and will be replaced weekly.
