“I had a very disappointing experience with this property. Before my stay, the host told me over the phone that there was a problem involving the property's ownership and said I would receive a refund. However, when I contacted Expedia, I was later informed that the original cancellation policy would apply because they could not obtain the host's approval. This left me stuck between the host and Expedia, with no resolution. The lack of written communication from the host made it impossible to……

“So this property was beautiful inside and very clean, the location wasn’t the greatest, it was a little far from most activities we wanted to do but the place itself made up for it as it was very nice, clean, spacious, and a good deal price wise. The staff was also very helpful and responded immediately to any of our needs. We initially didn’t have a coffee maker in our room and the staff brought one up immediately when we requested it along with some new capsules. We would stay here again,……

“Nous avions réservé un appartement au bâtiment F et finalement nous avons eu l'appartement dans le E bref arrivé a 18h et logement était ba peine prêt ménage pas terminé. Nous étions 6personnes et il n'y avait que 2 serviettes pratique et ne parlons pas des couverts 2fourchettes 1 couteau et 2Cuilleres. Une honte on réserve pour 6 et ce n'est même pas équipé nous avons été obligé de prendre les couvertures qu'il y avait dans notre voiture car pas assez pour tout le monde bref je ben recommande……
