“The hotel needs a lot of work; elevator not working, restaurant meal not standard, wall paper in the hallway peeling off, security is very basic. The safe in the room not working, no change of bed spread throughout the 4 days I was there.”

“Excellent hotel with an amazing staff. Very modern design and well maintained. The gym was one of the best gyms I’ve seen at a hotel . My only issue was , I saw a roach in my room. At this price point, that’s not something you would expect to see. They need to exterminate the place. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again. The food was also excellent,”

“I experienced a major issue when my room flooded due to a faulty tap. However, the general manager was very professional, offering a sincere apology and compensation for a future stay. This was my third time staying here, and it was the first time I've ever had a problem. My only suggestion for the hotel is to respond more promptly to urgent issues like this, rather than waiting until the following day to resolve them.”
