Designed to accommodate 8 guests comfortably, it features two cozy double bedrooms, a room with two single beds, and a bunk bed room ideal for kids. The villa combines modern comforts with rustic charm, including a wood-burning stove, air conditioning throughout, and streaming-ready entertainment with international TV channels, DVD player, and internet radio. Enjoy relaxing evenings by the fire or unwind with a cool breeze indoors. Step outside to a private, heat-monitored swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers-your perfect spot for soaking up the southern French sun. The expansive terrace boasts a large dining table, BBQ grill, and hardwood garden furniture, ideal for al fresco meals overlooking the stunning Aude valley and rolling vineyards of Minervois and Corbières. Maison lézard bleu

Dommage que la maison n’était pas propre à notre arrivée (vaisselle sale dans le lave-vaisselle, table extérieure non lavée, terrasse collante, baignoire sale) et que les draps n’étaient pas en suffisance et les linges pas présents. L’arrivée se fait seul, les clés sont dans un boîtier, nous n’avons donc pas de contact avec le propriétaire ou le gérant, c’est dommage.
