“There was a bit if confusion out the gate as a Real Estate company handles the booking, not VRBO but once that was figured out it was smooth. Good: Amazing views. Spent much of the stay staring out the windows. Kitchen was well equipped. House is clean and well maintained. Easy beach access. Bay is relatively warm and very calm.Things to note: If you have older adults with you or toddlers, theres a ton of steps. The second king bed is in what is essentially a finished garage on the ground floor.……

“Incredibly peaceful beach with sparsely scattered beachgoers, gentle waves, and soft sand. Ceiling fans with open floor plan and pocket doors secreting bedrooms away provide for both gatherings and restful privacy with a whir of moving air above. Sunrise coffee in the pergola beachside is best!”

“Had a celebration of my father’s life who would have been 100. Family from 4 states gathered and stayed in Bowers Beach to get reacquainted and we unturned his ashes at a family cemetery. Despite the heat we enjoyed the water and waves at Rehoboth. The house was spacious and the host accommodating. Lovely to have space. ”

“This home is exactly as it is advertised and more! The home is fully stocked to welcome guests from the beach cart and beach towels to the q-tips and cotton balls! Nothing is overlooked! Scott was unbelievably responsive - even more than I expected - and resolved a minor concern within minutes. The big comfy couch was fantastic for all 8 of us (including 5 teens). We played games and watched movies and everyone was nice and cozy! The beach was great for kayaking and fishing - the water temp……
