“The property was in a lovely, quiet location in the historic centre of Ferrara. We enjoyed a comfortable, quiet stay. The only hitch was that we had not realised that the single bedroom is about four small flights of stairs down from the rest of the house. Both my husband and I require a toilet on the same floor as a bedroom. We also sleep in separate bedrooms. This was resolved by using the sofa bed. The manager was most helpful in providing bedding for us. Looking ahead, perhaps you could……

"Staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. I don’t quite satisfied with the room allocated to me. The hotel change another room for me immediately. Dining is very good. We have breakfast at the hotel every morning. We also had dinner one night at the hotel. Location is very good, close to central station and walking distance to all the major attractions."
