“There was a lady at the front desk who was quite unfriendly, she gave us one room that was already occupied, and she didn't even apologize when we went downstairs to find her a another room, which gave me a very bad impression of this hotel.”

“Everything about the property itself was very nice. The location is on the south side of town and a little sketchy in appearance but we felt safe. This area is being revitalized and will soon be a major draw.”

“喜欢地理位置，观看烟花安排的很好，指示明显，安全。不喜欢的是卫生太差，房间和楼道的走廊卫生都很差。我住了两晚，外面离电梯口走廊的垃圾就没清理过，很明显。房间里一个房间有瓶装水，一个房间没水，洗浴用品一个房间全是护发素，没洗发水没身体润肤露，没浴室地垫，地上还有前房客留下的垃圾没清理干净，也许新年期间，清洁工较忙。前台一男士接待员服务不好，2019年12月30日办理入住的2250，2251房间，我入住时说明要高层和尽量可以看到烟花的房间，但是他却给了我两间凹的角落的房间，窗户外的右面是一大片玻璃墙。我下去找他调换房间，我说尽量两间一起，但只给了我一间2566房间给我父母，另一间依然凹的角落房间，没变，我两天都要上下层跑来跑去照顾父母。自助停车也没帮我办理好，他告诉我办理在2250卡上，家人取车用不了房卡，被收费$9。估计以后不会再入住了。”

“Very clear instructions for getting keys - they even include pictures. Beautiful property. Friendly ppl in building. Concierge very helpful. Very safe. Lovely grounds and katy trail across street. Amazing pool and bbq area. Shirt walk to American Airlines center. Ten minute drive tops to jay Bailey Hutchinson. Room very clean. It is a little noisy from the freeway but that type of noise doesn’t bother me. Well stocked kitchen appliances. Washer and dryer nice touch. Black out shades don’t……

“Would have given 4-5 stars in communication but the check in process was confusing. Had to take elevator H and took to the third floor. Could not find my room number, and so called the number provided and she explained I had to go to the 2nd floor and walk labyrinth to find elevator G and then take that to the 3rd floor. She told me I was going to have to do this every time I wanted to access my room. After a good 35 minutes, I finally found my room, and the room was clean and spacious, and……

“A different kind of place, with self check in, using a number of code numbers. It worked OK. But many of us staying there had some difficulties with the system. The room was very big and nice. In like an old warehouse with super tall ceilings very thick walls, very quiet, very convenient in the downtown. There was a strong smell of mothballs, that some of the other residents, and I wondered about. We could also hear from the local residents, some of lived there as an apartment, that they weren’t……
