「It is a nice hotel. The staff is very helpful as I asked for a help and send me to the station. They can arrange with a good service. Staff is very friendly. So if you are a visitor and feel tired, you can stay a overnight after finished the shopping in Fidenza Village outlet. It will be a good option as it can have a very relax and quiet place. The italian restaurant opposite to this hotel is very delicious and if you are the hotel visitor, you can enjoy 10% off in this restaurant. So this is a...

「The park hotel is really good. Newly furbished and really conveniently located off the freeway. Good food and shopping nearby. The reason I give it four stars instead of five is because it is so up-to-date that they can set timers on everything. For instance, the air conditioner was not stay on for more than three hours without shutting off. We could not find a way to change that. The windows were not able to be opened because of climate control. So while the place is beautiful and really well...

「The double room only has one bed and a table. Luggage has to be placed on the floor. The bed frame is unstable and looks like it will fall under the couch. The bathroom is very small. All the facilities do not match the photos. The swimming pool and fitness equipment are not open. There is no food available for the paid buffet breakfast. choose. The two nights' stay was like staying in a refugee camp, and all the restaurants and shops outside the hotel were closed.」
