"We cannot say enough about what a wonderful stay we had and highly recommend it. It was heaven to escape the world and cosy up in this rustic cabin. It’s remote, but close enough to town to go out if you want. There were multiple hiking and biking trails near by to enjoy. Our hosts ensured everything was seamless upon check in and kindly reached out to make sure we had settled in. They made the cabin very welcoming. It felt like we belonged there.FYI, the tub is very difficult to get in and out of and the water temperature was very unreliable, but we didn’t mind. Bring your own shampoo, luckily we did even though it said it would be supplied, it was not. And if you like an extra towel to dry your hair, bring your own. There were only two towels supplied. There is not a tv, which was exactly what we wanted, but there is a diverse music collection from YoYo Ma, a personal favorite, to Greg Brown! There are puzzles and games for other entertainment. We had such a relaxing experience sitting quietly in the evenings with the fire on and reading the night away. It was cold during our stay, but we still enjoyed sitting on the deck in the big comfy Adirondack chairs watching the wildlife and soaking in the Lakeview. The deck was self enclosed with gates making it perfect for letting the dog sit out with us without having to worry about him disappearing. He loved his stay too. I think he was a bit depressed when we left and it took him awhile to cheer up after getting home!"

"Our annual couples get-together happened in Phillips this year. This listing did not disappoint! From the well appointed kitchen (we ate all meals here) to the comfy beds to the great fire pit, we all raved about the great time we had at Swisspoint. Clean, very comfortable, private and met-our-needs perfect! We will be sure to tell our friends."
