「Property was perfect - great location, great layout and very well equipped. Collecting the keys was very easy. 「The josie was as described, nice and clean and in a good location not far from amenities. We were a party of 12 and it was plenty big enough, lots of toilets/bethrooms. Would definitely recommend. Had one issue with the TV not working which was resolved promptly by the property manager. 」

「This was the first visit to The Bay and we stayed in the Cozy Retreat. The apartment was clean and bright. The welcome box was very appreciated. We enjoyed the facilities and especially the restaurant. The whole complex is very clean and well taken care of. We will definately be back. 」

「Our stay at the the bay was just what we needed,the apartment had every that we could possibly need and more welcome package was much appreciated, weather was lovely walk was good. 「The house was really lovely, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. We didnt eat any meals at home but the kitchen seemed well equipped and there were plenty of mugs and cutlery. The beach was glorious and only 15 mins walk away. Filey and Bempton Cliffs nearby.Wouldn’t normally have chosen a holiday ‘village’ but it was very pleasant. I would imagine it can get very busy in high summer but it was fairly quiet - perfect for us.Thank you」
