「I was very impressed with the property!」

「Don't go there. I booked a nonsmoking room at Twin Star Lodge a week in advance. When I arrived they moved me down the street to the Star Lodge where they only had a smoking room.The bathroom light didn't work, but there were four whole cigarette tracks burned into the shower base (Who does that?). The air conditioner was falling off the wall.There are inexpensive alternatives on the beach. Shame on Expedia for listing this place!」

「Great location, right across from the beach. Pet friendly. Rooms are dated and have some cosmetic issues but pool is in good condition. The lack of a coffee maker in the room was a disappointment. Also, there are no elevators so be sure to ask for a first floor room if you have mobility issues. Super friendly staff at the front desk and two adjacent restaurants give a dine in discount if you show your room key card. 」

「The staff here was amazing. Shonna and Theresa on front desk were so nice and helpful. Roxy was so sweet and kind. The breakfast every morning was great, especially biscuits and gravy. The hotel was perfectly situated practically on the beach. 」

「The room had a couple of chips on the floor and sofa but everything else appeared clean. The girl at the front desk did not seem happy to be there. She would not make eye contact, smile and mumbled. The room was very spacious and comfortable the location was perfect and the pool and decor was fabulous. Would stay there again 」

「please please please do not stay here at all. this place smells very bad. i couldn’t even sleep and had to get another property. it should be removed from expedia. it is not safe for you or your family. do yourself a favor and find another property. 」

「It's a great place to stay」

「Room was dirty and had an odor in it of must Enes air-conditioning was working but the grate we’re gone to direct the air. There were no towels in the room, the bathroom bathtub was filthy and very slippery from possibly the shampoos and conditioners dripping onto the tub. I would not recommend anybody staying there and I’m very surprised that this hotel is on your list.」
