「The service is not good for us because when we book in Hotel.com they mention included breakfast, however the 1st when we check in they didn't know English is not suitable for the tourists and then they said not included breakfast is the 2nd thing we think very bad experience. 「Het verblijf ligt veilig gelegen en was heel erg netjes en schoon met prima douche en toilet gelegenheid. Twee twee persoons bedden en een keukenblok met koelkast. De host Daisy is top en spreek heel goed Engels. Het ontbijt was eerste klas. Het verblijf ligt 8 kilometer van het Varadero Vliegveld. Fijne restaurantjes in de omgeving waar je lekker kunt eten. 」

「Terrible experience. I have booked via Expedia. I was flying from Canada where there was a terrible weather the flight got cancelled initially then got rebooked. I finally got to Varadero around 11:30 p m ok 30 dec. I found a taxi driver which called the hostel 3 to 4 times to ask the address. The lady from hostel replied that no reservation has been made on my name and her hostel is booked. The taxi driver was very kind and finally helped us to find an accommodation in the middle of the Night....
