Mice and spiders
The master bathroom on the lower level needs to have the seal installed around the tub. Mice and spiders were coming through the gaps around the tub. This is a disgusting vacation experience when you are in the bathroom and a giant mouse enters the room through an open area around the tub. This occurred several times throughout the week of our stay. We reported the issue three different times, including visiting the office to speak with a manager. The Wyndham mgt staff did not provide a respectful solution for the remainder of our 3 days of stay after reporting. They had a company spray outside for spiders and mice. The Wyndham team explained to us that we were out in the country and that mice and spiders were normal. They provided us with live traps, we caught 2 large mice, and they gave us a $25 Cracker Barrel and a $25 Texas Roadhouse gift card (I donated these). The last night, we were offered another unit to move to vs. maintenance sealing the gapped areas around the tub. It seems the owner, Vrbo, and the Wyndham mgt group like to look the other way - no accountability. We will not stay at another Wyndham-managed property for future vacations.
