Fully stocked 3 bedroom 2 bath house with large backyard. Located at the base of Mt. Elden in a delightful Flagstaff neighborhood close to Aspen Village and Downtown. Meet the trail head at the end of our block for a quick walk through nature or challenge yourself to reach the summit. Large backyard with an outdoor patio table and hammock. A large open kitchen provides adequate space for cooking and visiting either at the bar counter or kitchen table. Cozy rooms with plush duvets make an ideal place for a restful night's sleep. One king bed is in the mattress with a queen bed in each of the two additional guest rooms.

Kitchen has spices , cookware, plates, and glasses. Towels are provided as well as bed linens.
This house does not have a hot tub. For what ever reason the amenities keep mentioning a hot tub and for clarification there is no hot tub at this premise.
We are active owners who want the best for our guests but this is not a party house. We know you are on vacation and want you to have the best time but will not tolerate any rowdy behavior. Please be respectful of the neighbors and abide by a 9pm curfew for any outdoor activities.

There are no social gatherings allowed at this house. ​

We do allow pets for a one time fee of $50 per pet. If you would like to bring a pet please message me and I will add the fee onto your total.

The air mattress in the guest bedroom closet is the 4th bed if you have 8 guests. Please feel free to use it!

We are currently replacing old worn out furniture so there are now two separate couches in the living room as well as two new bed frames and a new dining table.

Due to safety concerns there is no longer a fire pit on the premise.

Not a party house or for loud rowdy groups!

We are very fair owners and hope you enjoy all amenities of the property. With that being said we do take inventory of all belongings at the property and will send a request for any missing items. The cleaning fee covers all house keeping upon your departure but if you leave the house in an atrocious state we will charge you an additional cleaning fee. We know you're on vacation and want you to have a wonderful time but this is also a vacation rental not a hotel so please treat it as such. Please reach out with any questions!

If you leave after the designated checked out time of 11am with out approval from owners you will be charged $45 per additional hour and our cleaners will enter the house. Our cleaners are on a strict time schedule and it takes the full amount of time in between guests to wash all the towels and linens, 11:15am is considered late and you will be charged if you are at the house past this time.

You're welcome to ask for an early check in but we do charge an additional $45 per hour and early check in is only granted when available and approved by the owner. The cost is $45 an hour because if early check in is granted additional cleaners have to be hired or the night before has to be blocked. We're happy to oblige if we can but repeat early check in is only allowed when approved in writing by the owner in the message stream.

In order to not invade guest's privacy we ask guests to take out and put away the recycling and trash bins on their designated days. The schedule will be sent with your welcome message and if you stay at the house on those days you will be expected to oblige. We are charged a fine every time bins are not taken out or left on the curb which we will then charge you as the guest if that happens. We hardly have any issues with this as we mostly have awesome guests but want to make sure everyone is aware of the rules ahead of time!
