Come enjoy peaceful tranquility on this 2.5 acre property that backs the National Forest. Sunset Ranch sits above Doney Park Valley providing gorgeous views of Mt Elden and Mt Humphreys. Sit back and relax on the expansive deck with nothing but Forest and Meadows. The home has two additional buildings including a converted garage turned billiards 🎱 room complete with darts 🎯 and a 2,400 sq ft Recreation Hall complete with full-size PICKLE BALL COURT, Basketball Hoop, Cornhole, & Ping Pong table. And for the even more fun the Rec Hall has a disco ball with lighting so put on your favorite songs and have a blast! Your kids, big and small won’t want to leave.

Fabulous place and location
Ideal for Grand canyon and other northern AZ visits. The house and detached play area are both very cool. Easily accommodates 8+ guests. Be careful about GPS directions though, check with owner to stay on paved roads and not get bamboozled by software into going off road.

Beautiful setting and on-site recreational facilities!
Out the front is Mt Humphreys and out back lovely hill in National Forest. The boys loved the pickle ball, ping pong, and billiards. Prior communication with host was very helpful. Terrific stay!

Amazing house with everything!
I stayed at the Sunset Ranch with family and we loved the house and had a fantastic time! We picked the location because we could do a day trip to the Grand Canyon and another day trip to Sonoma, but we probably had the most fun at the house, which was equipped with everything--a beautiful and spacious kitchen and sitting area, large back porch and front fire pit with great views, and two whole buildings filled with games! The host was very responsive, and accommodated our early check in. I picked the house out on VRBO and my family keeps telling me that I will need to be in charge of all our future accommodations as well :)

AMAZING
From start to finish, this was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever had! The home is well maintained and well stocked! Just stop for groceries on the way in and you will be all set to rest, relax and have fun all week!! The host was amazing with communication and check-in was a breeze. Flagstaff is also a great jumping point for day trips. We were able to go snow tubing, snowboarding (DO NOT BOTHER WITH SNOWBOWL- they are TERRIBLE), Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Would absolutley stay here again!!

Amazing views!!!
We love this house so much!! From the amazing views, to the RV garage with games, pool table, and indoor sauna was perfect for our family! I would recommend this home to anyone!! This home is very comfortable. We even got to see some snow action before checking out. Thanks John!

Awesome property at a beautiful location!
We stayed at Sunset Ranch for Christmas with my in-laws. The house was beautiful had EVERYTHING we needed and more. The pool room and the indoor pickleball/basketball court were perfect for keeping our kids entertained without leaving the property. Because the property backs the National Forest, we were able to hike in the woods from right out the back door. Whether hiking or just hanging out on the property, the views of the nearby mountains are gorgeous! We saw mule deer multiple times, and numerous beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Can't say enough about this property...its fantastic and will absolutely stay again.
