“Wanted to visit a corner of MN that we hadn't explored in a long while. Chose Pipestone as our starting point and Toni's Place was the perfect spot to call home for a couple of days. Had everything we needed and more. Comfortable bed and bedding, nice dishes in kitchen and wonderful large bath and shower. A very well thought out remodel and interior design of this quaint neighborhood home. Thinking of another trip to the area in the spring and I would stay here again.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was well equipped with everything we needed and the views of the lake are fantastic. The kids especially liked the kayaks and lillypad. Supplies for making smores was provided, a nice touch the kids really enjoyed. The basement is great for entertaining and watching movies. Recommend this home for a relaxing place to unwind.”

“Quiet neighborhood just out of town from SDSU. Very short drive to Brookings. Older house but clean and well furnished. Had everything we needed. It was a pleasant stay for the price of a hotel room.”

“We stayed at the Lake House to attend the National Indoor Track Meet in Brookings and it was great. The house was beautiful and just the right size. I also Highly recommend stopping at The Point down the road and saying hi to Steve and Rose.”

“We had a great time at the lake house. Plenty of room, nice and clean, with a big covered deck and a beautiful view of the lake and the sunset. Owners were kind and very responsive when we needed something. The whole experience was hassle-free.”

“The house is easy to locate. Neighborhood is quiet. Check in and checkout went smoothly. Garage was a nice added touch. The back fence that was added was fantastic for our pet but it would be nice if the sides were also enclosed. Overall a great experience!”

“Light on cookware and kitchen items in general. Ice maker did not work. Bathroom is really small. The living room was spacious and relaxing. Beautiful location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again, but would explore other options in the general area as well.”

“This home was perfect for 4 adults and 1 child to stay at during our trip to Brookings. The home was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you need, great heated garage, plenty of towels and just overall a cozy spot to come back to each day. Would definitely recommend and stay again!”
