"Employ someone to answer the telephone in business hours as advertised, 9am-5pm, or make known no telephone communication available. Having locked myself out, approx 10am, phoning number 3 times, the telphone was not answered by the gentleman in the office until he noticed I was looking through office windows, in the hope of finding assistance."

"We arrived earlier than expected, but the staff were kind enough to check if our room was ready and allowed us to check in two hours early, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything a family with six kids could need. We also had a fantastic view of the Coral Sea. The whole family had a wonderful time, especially the kids, who absolutely loved the pool. Overall, it was a great stay and a perfect place for a family holiday. We would happily stay here again!"

"Amazing location steps from the beach and a short walk to the main shops and restaurants. Bus stops right out on the street for those not wanting to walk to places. My only disappointment was the shower was very low flow and the temperature was a bit challenging to get right. This might be just the suite I stayed in and otherwise it was a great stay."

"The property suited our needs whilst visiting Coolangatta for a car show. It was only a 10 minute drive. The airport is close and some plane noise is to be expected but wasn’t an issue. The apartment is located near a bus stop and Tugun village shops are only a few minutes walk. The space was clean and very well presented. Walk out the back door and the beach is only a 20 metre walk. Walking/ bike path is 10 metres from your door. Great location/ nearby amenities/ beach at a reasonable price made this a 5 star stay."
