「We were under the impression the house was closer to Glenwood Springs based off the website. It is not.The house looks like it is lived in. There's food in the fridge, freezer, and pantry. There was a FULL diaper genie in one of the rooms that smelled. The litter box was full of feces. There is no garbage cans or anywhere to put the trash. Overall this is not a house we would stay in again.」

「My boyfriend and I had a great stay here. The house had everything we needed and it was a quick walk to town (5-10 minutes). The owner was quick to respond and was easy to communicate with. The house was historical and charming. This didn't bother us at all, but there was someone staying above us. Not sure if they lived there or if it was a business, but they were very quiet and didn't bother us at all. Overall, I recommend this place if you want an affordable and cool place to stay!」

「My husband, 2 year old son and I stayed for a few days at the property it’s a very cute nicely redone older home in old town. 15 mins away from Glenwood springs with easy access to the highway. The house was clean and well kept. 」

「Our family had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem! The location is a bit of a trek-about 25-30 minutes to the hot springs, but has stunning views from the patio. The cabin was impeccably clean, and the layout made it perfect for our family of five. The host, Scott, was super gracious and made us feel welcome, the jar of honey was a great touch and also delicious. 「Love the location and the cleanliness of this place. Super easy to walk through town, to trailheads, the Hot Springs, and the grocery store. Great place to be.」

「This was a lovely, roomy rental that fit our needs perfectly. Close to Glenwood Springs and Rifle Waterfalls. An ideal location. It was quiet and clean. Close to a McDonalds for the kids and gas. Beautiful park nearby, but the grounds were delightful also. Very dog friendly. The balcony overlooks a golf course and is quite serene. The hammock chair was a favorite for reading. The blue LED lights were a fun touch that elevated the place from ordinary to cool! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!」

「This home was a wonderful place to land at the end of a long 2-week camping trip. Spacious, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, beautiful backyard and quiet neighborhood. Close to town (you can walk/bike along the river if you want) and a short drive to Carbondale. The hosts we very communicative. I would highly recommend if for families (3 bedrooms and a bonus room with bunkbeds. They even had a highchair and playpen). I will be back!」

「Cute little property cabins and A frames. Ours was in the back corner and we had our own private back patio. Loved it! Furniture could be a little more sturdy and this unit could easily fit a king bed. Exterior and landscaping could use a face lift, but I know the property is being upgraded. Will come back in the future over staying at hotels, we love Glenwoo and come every year. Great location too! 」

「We loved the house. Close to downtown Glenwood Springs and nestled in a wooded canyon. Lots of space in the three stories, extremely fresh and interesting interior. Very unique. Good wifi, beds. One hour to Aspen. Lots of hiking. Rifle Falls State Park and fish hatchery 1 hr west we found especially interesting. We were sorry to leave!」

「The cabin was perfect for my family and our needs. We were in Glenwood Springs for the weekend to visit my granddaughter who attends CMC. We planned to eat our meals out and spend the evening at Iron Mountain Springs, so we knew we wouldn’t be spending a lot of time in the cabin or need a ton of space. It was great to have two bathrooms, separate sleeping areas, and we enjoyed coffee in the morning before picking up my granddaughter for breakfast. We, of course, enjoyed the beautiful mountains...
