「La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta. In auto puoi arrivare in pochissimi minuti allla fermata della metro per raggiungere il centro di Napoli. Buona la colazione, personale cortese e servizio di pulizia impeccabile. 」

「Un albergo che si presenta pulito, ordinato e molto confortevole. Il parcheggio è enorme e coperto, le camere sono spaziose e pulite (anche se dovrebbe esserci più attenzione alla manutenzione) e la colazione è stata ottima (tanta scelta, prodotti freschi e buonissimi, ambiente piacevole). C'è anche il ristorante (nelle immediate vicinanze non c'è nulla e bisogna usare l'auto per trovare qualche altro posto in cui mangiare). 「The service is not good enough, I had issue with the lights and could not sleep one night, I barely reach the responsible person and they did not solve the issue, only asking me to try myself to do some the things. My colleague as well was waiting for 2 days the answer about iron if they can bring it. 」

「Poca cura dei dettagli. Per quello che abbiamo pagato e per le 4 stelle dell'hotel doveva essere tutt'altro. Una grande delusione. Lenzuola con capelli sopra, tende e copriletto con macchie sopra. Il bagno vomitevole, non abbiamo fatto la doccia perché c'era la ruggine e capelli. Macchie di sangue sulla placchetta della corrente. Maniglia, mensole, armadio TUTTO ROTTO. 」
