appreciation de la villa de diana et jim

Villa très agréable, spacieuse et agréable à vivre (il y aurait quelques petites choses à améliorer, à voir sur place), mais nous avons vite pris nos marques et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison; La villa est un petit peu éloignée de la plage ce qui nous a permis de faire de la marche à pied nous en avions besoin, mais aussi du centre ville ce qui nous a permis d'être au calme en rentrant de la plage et de nous reposer. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner et pour une période plus longue. Vous pouvez les remercier de notre part

Bonjour, Jim J ' ai passé de très bonne vacances dans votre location . Je vous remercie de prendre les choses en main tout de suite quand il y a un problème . je remercie aussi votre jardinier qui est très serviable envers les locataires.( bonbonne de gaz , tube d ' éclairage dans la salle de bain ) encore merci a ce Monsieur . Par contre je n ' ai pas apprécié l ' attitude de M. Dansant quand il dit qu ' il est la uniquement pour aller chercher les vacanciers à l ' aéroport ,percevoir l ' argent et de remettre les clés , alors qu'il est bien stipuler que c'est bien à lui qu'il faut s'adresser quand il y a un problème. Hormis ce petit incident je suis très content d'avoir séjourner chez vous et je conte bien y revenir. Auriez-vous l'amabilité de me donner les renseignements concernant la location du petit appartement à coté, merci. Je recommanderai à toutes mes connaissances votre appartement , tant pour sa situation , le calme , la propreté , enfin pour tout . Je vous souhaite ainsi qu'a votre épouse un très bon dimanche . Maison super agréable, tout confort avec tout l'équipement nécessaire et au calme. très bonne communication avec la propriétaire, fiable à 100 %. Nous ne l'avons pas rencontré personnellement mais a pris soin de téléphoner en France avant notre arrivée à Maurice pour répondre à nos dernières questions. Le voisin est disponible pour chaque petite demande (changement de bouteille de gaz, remise des clés, ...) La dame qui fait le ménage est très gentille et discrète. La literie est impeccable et confortable et linge de maison fourni. Maison sécurisée et sous alarme, climatisée dans les chambres. 10 minutes à pied de la plage et du centre de Flic en Flac. Location parfaite et idéale pour ceux qui recherche le calme et la proximité du centre ville et de la plage. Très bon rapport qualité/prix A recommander vivement

Toujours aussi bien

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cette location confortablement meublée, propre et bien située. Certains électroménagers ont été renouvelés, ce qui rajoute au confort. La dame qui fait le ménage est toujours aussi gentille. Cette fois-ci, nous avons eu la bonne surprise de rencontrer la fille des propriétaires ( qui n'étaient pas sur place ), qui est venue nous saluer et voir si tout se passait bien. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette attention.

Agréable séjour

Location agréable à Flic en Flac. Maison bien située et bien équipée...Sauf un problème d'internet qui n'a fonctionné que le jour de notre arrivée ! Un grand parking pour la voiture. De la documentation touristique sur Maurice serait un plus (guide ou documentation) Il manquait aussi quelques produits (éponge, produit vaisselle, sel et poivre ...que chaque locataire utilise en toutes petites quantités et qui pourrait rester d'un locataire à l'autre !) Ces quelques remarques pour améliorer encore un peu la qualité du séjour. Flic en Flac est bien située pour visiter l'île Maurice ...Chamarel , le sud plus sauvage , Port Louis et son waterfront, Grand Baie, Le cap Malheureux, Trou d'eau douce et l'île aux cerfs, Mahébourg (jolie petite ville et son marché) et Blue bay Je recommande cette location pour un couple et deux enfants ou deux couples !

FLIC-EN-FLAC HOLS 29/08/2012 - 25/09/2013

We spent 4 fantastic weeks in this resort & the appartment & grounds are well maintained, clean (credit to cleaning lady Allanda). The place is fitted with a safe & a burgalr alarm as well, hence we did not have to worry at all about our valuables when we had to go out. The beds are comfortable & the kitchen is well equipped (home away from home!). Nice neighbours, especially Jean Yves who has been very helpful. We rented a car & enjoyed going round the island (sightseeing & visiting family & friends)as the roads were in excellent condition. Restaurants dotted along the Flic-en-Flac coast road offered good quality food, & during the day we had snacks/ligt meals from the beach foodstalls with no after effects! We particularly enjoyed quad biking, walking with the big cats in a nature reserve & swimming with dolphins. The nice beach, busy but never orowded, is only 10 minutye walk from the appartment, & our 19 yr old son (we were a family of 3 adults) was quite impressed with the excellent equipment & facilities in the fitness centre (5 mins walk away). Money Changer, self-service shops, gift shops & a little market (selling fresh fruits, vegetables & salads) are all within walking distance.We will be definitely staying in this appartment during our next hols in Mauritius.

"nous avons vraiment apprécié cette location,le lave linge est très utile pour 15 jours,logement spacieux, propre et literie confortable l''emplacement est top,5 à 10 minutes de marche de la plage et au calme nous n''avons pas rencontré les proprietaires, mais ils nous ont téléphoné en france avant notre départ et à notre arrivée à maurice pour savoir si tout se passait bien. nous avons été pris en charge par le voisin à l''aéroport et c''est lui qui nous a remis les clefs. la femme de ménage est presente(mais discrete) du lundi au vendredi dans le logement voisin, pour les renseignements c''est pratique. il ne manque que 2 transats pour atteindre la perfection!! flic en flac est l''endroit idéal pour séjourner à l''ile maurice, il y fait toujours beau (alors qu''il pleuvait dans le nord et meme à port louis)si nous y revenons, ce sera dans ce logement "

"Grand appartement au calme, équipement conforme à la description. Les équipements sanitaires sont un peu usés, mais il semble que ce soit le standard local. La plage et les commodités sont à 10 min à pieds. La plage est très belle et agréable. Le ménage est fait une fois par semaine par une dame très gentille. Le voisinage est très sympathique.
