Ideal spot for Laax ski trip

Only stayed for one night but wish I could have stayed longer. Ideal spot to stay for a ski trip to Laax. Less than 10 minute drive to the resort. Great service in a classy and inviting hotel.

The staff at this property was beyond excellent. Had a great room with a huge balcony, when I hurt my knee they provided everything needed. The hotel provides easy access to ski and restaurants. Great new spa too!

Hotel ancien ,rénové. Trop de moquettes ce que l'on apprécie plus du tout car souvent malodorantes surtout en salle a manger interieure. Difficile d'etre a deux dans la salle de bains pourtant en suite junior et tres bien refaite en marbre. Pas de jolie vue sur les montagnes depuis la chambre,ce que l'on souhaite dans un hotel de cette categorie. Draps inchangés en 9 nuits . Un seul oreiller qui ne peut co.venir a tout le monde. Propreté des santaires parfaites . Petits dejeuners parfaits. Repas du soir souvent trop épicés et pas à la hauteur de ce genre d'établissement. Tres belle piscine interieure. Personnel extrêmement prévenant et agréable.

Dieses Hotel empfehle ich gerne weiter. Das Essen (Frühstück&Abendessen) war hervorragend. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Alles schön sauber. Das Badezimmer war etwas klein und hatte wenig Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Tücher/Badsachen. Das Hotel ist gut zentral gelegen mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Dachterasse ist fantastisch. Der Garten und die kleinen Einrichtungsgegenstände machen es zu einem charmanten und gemütlichen Hotel.

Cute classic hotel with small breakfast choice

Very Cute older hotel with modern bathrooms and a modern swimming pool (with beautiful large windows). The rooms are very small (we had one more expensive one and one more standard one booked for two adults and two children). The girls at the reception were super sweet all of them, and so were the people at the restaurant. The ladies cleaning the rooms were also super sweet. The only things that I can say did not live up to standards of other hotels I have visited is the breakfast buffet and the availability of the tables for breakfast (if you are more than 2 people it was impossible to get a room by the windows no matter the time we arrived). The breakfast buffet is small, with very little choice, and if you arrived after 9am (they close at 10.30) there were no « mini pain au chocolat » or « tresse » available anymore. And they didn’t fill it up either (only other bread). The kids wanted pancakes which aren’t included in the buffet and cost 18fr (and the kids got 4 mini pancakes on the plate for that price). It might be a good idea to not include breakfast and walk to one of the many cafés in the village instead to have breakfast. In general everything was very scarce at breakfast (juice choice, ham, fruit etc). The hotel staff were all great and the hotel is very special and cute, so that luckily made up for the lack of a good breakfast to start the day ☺️. The kids loved the pool!!! I’d definitely recommend it (if the breakfast choice isn’t important to you).

Séjour sympa à la montagne - Flims

Nous avons passé 3 jours à Flims - une région que nous découvrons pour la première fois. Belle randonnées à faire, avec départ depuis l'hôtel. L'hôtel est bien situé: au calme tout en ayant le centre de Flims à 15 min à pied. L'espace wellness et la piscine sont un gros plus, surtout pour nous qui avons profité de l'hôtel avec la météo pluvieuse. +++ Cours de yoga tout les jours +++ le petit-déjeuner +++ le service, le personnel +/- Si vous optez pour le restaurant de l'hôtel, réservez la formule demi-pension, lors du check-in.

Einfach schön

Wir durften trotz Corona einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt geniessen. Das Essen war gut und der Servies Sehr freundlich. Das Schwimmbad war sehr gut, gross genug um ein paar Längen zu schwimmen. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Amazing evening meals and a very comfortable bed

Very comfortable hotel. Staff in the bar and restaurant are incredibly helpful. Free private shuttle to the lifts very convenient. Food in the restaurant on the half board option was the best fantastic. The food really was the highlight - we were very pleasantly surprised indeed and looked forward to the meal every night. Rooms was comfortable, bathroom modern and a full range of English speaking TV channels (BBC news and other terrestrial U.K. channels included).

Super schönes Romantik Hotel inmitten herrlicher Wälder und Berge. Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber und genügend gross. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und entspricht den Erwartungen an ein 4* Hotel. Das 4-Gang Abendmenü war grossartig. Die Weinkarte ist abwechslungsreich, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Great location in Grison

Great hotel in a perfect location. Good food and service. Close to Lake Caumasee and starting point of hiking trails. Bus from Chur 1 minute walk from hotel. We've stayed here twice and would definitely come back again.
