Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr netter, freundlicher und gut gelaunter Empfang. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Top Service! Das Zimmer wer sehr grosszügig und sauber. Einziger negativer Punkt: Frühstück war nur bis 09.30 Uhr, weshalb wir es jeweils verpassten.

Gutes Mittelklass-Hotel. Hat alles gepasst. Zimmer waren sauber, Frühstück lecker und das Personal hilfbereit und nett. Speziell Momo und sein eigentlich zu kleines Team haben einen super Job im Restaurant gemacht.

Ok Hotel for a skiing trip

Nice Hotel right on the main street to Flims. Staff was friendly and could help with all our needs. The paid parking has very small parking spaces and the mattresses were way too soft for our comfort. All in all we were happy enough with it.

Für eine Nacht ok

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Hotel gut gelegen und für eine Nacht ok. Die Zimmer brauchen aber dringend neue Teppiche, ohne Schuhe würde ich den nicht mehr betreten. Zimmer sind geräumig, aber alt. Bett, vor allem die Kissen, sind eher unbequem. Die Umgebung benötigt Pflege. Überall wuchert Unkraut auch die Balkone könnten eine gründliche Reinigung vertragen. Frühstück war gut. Trotzdem, würde wahrscheinlich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.
