"Second time I have stayed in this hotel. It’s situated next door to Liverpool Lime Street station, roughly a two minute walk, and Liverpool One is a five minute walk away. The staff on the reception couldn’t be any more helpful. The rooms are spotless. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"Stayed here last year and returning for this festive period was a no-brainier. Booking and check in is easy, staff are friendly, and rooms are clean and spacious. Location is about as central as it gets - easy to walk around the city centre and enjoy Liverpool’s offerings.
